We work with the best

Does the Buyer should make part of the payment in advance?

Collateral Structures involving financial instruments does NOT require any payment in advance. The Buyer shall conclude the payment via MT103 within 3 days after the shipping documents are successfully issued and the vessel leaves the port of loading (BR SSZ).

Whenever the Buyer is unable to provide an acceptable financial instrument, we offer structured solutions secured by global top-rated insurance providers and escrow agents.

Can the Buyer receive documents or information associated with other transactions?

Operating in an environment driven by trust with relationships built over time, we place the highest value on our current clients’ reliability and we are committed to maintaining it. We consider confidentiality a fundamental cornerstone in cultivating long-term, mutually respectful relationships.

Can the Buyer visit Brazilian sugar mills or receive pictures of their operations?

Once the Collateral Structure is confirmed and our SPA is fully executed, the Buyer receives a letter of invitation to come to Brazil and witness the first shipment loading (incl. C.C.I.C./SGS inspections, containers sealing, and vessel loading), where it will have the opportunity to take pictures. Sugar mills are not open to visits.

Do you work with Chinese clients?

Yes. Chinese clients shall present the Import Authorization/Allocation.
